Nathan Buckley's girlfriend Alex Pike, 44, reveals the very surprising and simple secrets behind her incredible physical transformation - and they DON'T involve cosmetic surgery
She's the cosmetic nurse who was thrown into the spotlight after confirming her romance with AFL great Nathan Buckley earlier this year.
And on Saturday, Alex Pike, 44, revealed the secrets behind her youthful complexion and incredible figure.
'Going through all of the challenges in my life, while balancing being a mum to three boys and being an entrepreneur, I’ve learnt the importance of self-care and self-love to stay grounded,' she told Herald Sun.

In the past five years, she has shared a candid look at the practices she takes in order to achieve the best mental and physical results.
'I’ve created daily routines and practices that make me feel amazing mentally, physically and emotionally. Some of these include meditation, walking, cold therapy, gratitude journaling and sticking to a healthy diet plan,’ she said.
'By implementing all of these activities into my life, my energy has shifted and I’m glowing from the inside out,' she added.
Alex's comments come after she shared photos of herself taken in April, 2019, which show her with a fuller face and figure compare to her current toned appearance.
The photos were taken right before the cosmetic nurse embarked on the viral #75HARD Challenge.

The extremely strict health and fitness challenge is described as a 'mental toughness test' which pushes participants through 75 days of rigid diet and rigorous exercise.
It involves twice daily workouts, calorie counting, a clean diet with no cheat meals, reading non-fiction books every day and much more.
Even before embarking on #75HARD, Alex followed a very clean and restrictive diet to stay in shape.
In 2016, she wrote on her website that she doesn't eat any sugars, breads or pasta and prefers resistance training and body building to aerobics exercises.
'After having three children I am in the best shape of my life. I owe this to Isagenix shakes twice a day a dinner of lean protein and green based vegetables,' she wrote.

Although Alex doesn't appear a day over 25, the WAG revealed on a podcast in March that she's actually 'close to 44'.
'I've never been more empowered in my life and I'm close to 44,' she said on the Curious Conversations podcast.
'I used to hide my age and be very ashamed because there's such a stigma for women.'

Alex added: 'I hate when people say, "You're really hot for a mum." It's like, really? Do I have to be attractive for a mum? Can't I just be attractive? 'I don't want to be good for my age. I want to be good.'
The former model said she's had a little help with maintaining her remarkably youthful visage.
Alex first dabbled with anti-wrinkle injections at the age of 23 after a surgeon urged her to try Botox.
'I ended up having the treatment - just my frown line,' she admitted.

'And when it started to take effect, I could not believe the difference and I then started getting more modelling [jobs] because I was looking super fresh.'
She also drinks four litres of water a day, downing three litres while she's working at her clinic and then another litre at home in the evening.
The brunette beauty is currently in a relationship with AFL coach Nathan Buckley.
