Meanwhile, in neighbouring Sangli district, three new Covid-19 patients and one death were reported in a single day today, taking the district's tally of such cases to 1,99,458 and the toll to 5,391, respectively.
On the other hand, 13 patients were discharged during the day across the district, taking overall count of recoveries to 1,93,999.
There are now 68 active cases in the district, an official report said.
