Imphal, November 11 2021: Star Volunteers' Corps (SVC), Heirangoithong and Department of Immunohaematology & Blood Transfusion Medicine RIMS jointly organised the 7th awareness cum voluntary blood donation camp in memory of (L) Th Malemnganbi today under the sponsorship of State Blood Transfusion Council and State Blood Cell, National Health Mission, Manipur.

The camp was held at Heirangoithong Awang Leikai Community Hall where a total of 39 individuals donated blood.

Speaking on the occasion, president of SVC Thokchom Kiran Kumar mentioned that the blood donation drive was held in the memory of late Th Malemnganbi.

He also expressed the hope that this blood donation camp may aid the sick, underprivileged sections of the population who might require blood transfusion.
