Filmmaker Om Raut along with the entire ensemble wraps the shoot of Adipurush, starring Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh in the leading roles.
The forthcoming Historical drama is based on the Hindu epic Ramayana. The film is produced by T-Series Films and Retrophiles.

The film is being shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi. Actor Prabhas will play the role of Adipurush, Kriti Sanon as Sita, and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh.
Actress Kriti Sanon also shared the news about the shoot wrap and praised Om Raut for wrapping such a huge film on time. She shared, “Hats off to you for wrapping such a massive film so soon! @omraut was one of my best experiences!! Miss being on the set!! Lovely memories!!”
As per reports, the film is being made in 3D format and it is one of the most expensive Indian films ever made.
The film is scheduled for theatrical release in Telugu and Hindi along with its dubbed versions in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam on 11 August 2022.
