Titans' Ryan Tannehill (illness) misses practice
Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill is expected to play this weekend against the visiting New Orleans Saints despite missing Friday's practice.
Coach Mike Vrabel announced an undisclosed illness as the reason that Tannehill did not participate in Friday's practice. Vrabel said Tannehill will not carry a designation into Sunday's contest, which means he'll likely be active versus the Saints.
While Tannehill likely will play on Sunday, the availability of A.J. Brown (knee) and Julio Jones (hamstring) remains in question after the wideouts did not participate in practice on Friday.
The Titans (7-2) have won five in a row heading into Sunday's game against the Saints (5-3).
