Cellnex completes USD 49 mln share buyback

Spanish operator Cellnex Telecom, Europe's largest mobile towers company, has announced the early completion of a share buyback programme launched on 05 November, having reached the maximum number of shares to be acquired by 11 November. The company said a total of 820,000 shares have been acquired, equivalent to 0.12 percent of its share capital, for an effective amount of USD 42.9 million at an average price of EUR 52.32 per share.
