On the BSE, Captain Technocast(down 12.07 per cent), RMC Switchgears(down 11.11 per cent), N R Agarwal Ind(down 10.70 per cent), Solara Active Pharma(down 10.64 per cent) and Bansal Roofing Prod.(down 10.00 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 42 stocks closed in the green, while 8 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 229.15 points up at 18102.75.
On the BSE, Tiaan Ayurvedic & He, Focus Business Solution Ltd., Triveni Enterprises, ERP Soft Sys and Nutech Global hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Bigbloc Const, Asahi Ind Glass, Megastar Foods, Sheela Foam and S P Apparels touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
