Magenta Telekom grows revenues in first 9 months but EBITDA AL and TV customers dip

Magenta Telekom said its revenues increased by 4 percent year-on-year in the first nine months of 2021 to EUR 996.4 million on the back of strong demand for internet and communication services. Demand remained high for both mobile and fixed-line internet, for 5G smartphones, and for business products, too. Adjusted EBITDA AL fell by 1 percent during the period to EUR 377.9 million due to higher costs. The wholesale segment grew thanks to a good roaming performance during the holiday season in the third quarter of the year.
