Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based Pennar Industries Limited (PIL), an value-added engineering products and solutions company, reported an increase in net profit for the second quarter ended 30 September 2021 to Rs 8.15 crore compared to Rs 0.24 crore in Q2 FY21 reported.
The company’s net income increased to Rs 551.70 crore compared to net income of Rs 390.44 crore in Q2 FY21, more than 41.30 percent. EBITDA stood at Rs 43.49 crore compared to Rs 32.67 crore in Q2 FY21, with 33.12 percent.
Pennar’s net income for the first half of the fiscal stood at Rs 1,040.01 crore compared to Rs 556.63 crore in HY FY21, an increase of 86.84 per cent.
Profit after tax after minority interest stood at Rs 15.26 crore compared to loss after minority interest at Rs 33.81 crore in HY FY21.
