Kismet Capital in talks to acquire Russian Towers - report

Russian company Kismet Capital, controlled by Ivan Tavrin, is in talks to acquire the infrastructure operator Russian Towers, reports Forbes.ru citing two undisclosed sources. The company Service-Telecom also is interested in the acquisition.
