Sub: SAT Order in the matter of insider trading in shares of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd.

  In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20210927-51 dated September 27, 2021 on the captioned matter.

The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated November 09, 2021 has stated that,

the order of the learned WTM restraining the appellants from dealing in the securities market, in any manner, as detailed in the impugned order is hereby set aside.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
