Dispose of cases quickly: Jamshedpur SP

JAMSHEDPUR: SP (city) Subash Chandra Jat made a surprise visit to the Kadma police station here on Tuesday morning to take stock of the pending cases at the station and keep tabs on the working of the officials posted there.
Sources said Jat had visited other police stations of the Steel City in the past, too, to keep an eye on the performance of the officials posted there.
During his visit, Jat enquired about the action taken by the police against the goons in the area.
Later, Jat personally checked all records of the police station.
The SP also instructed the police officials of the Kadma police station to ensure quick disposal of all cases being handled by the station.
