With a mission to democratise fitness, Fittr, the world’s largest health and fitness community platform has launched an initiative called the Fittr Street. For this campaign, Fittr’s evangelists are targeting cities across India both major metros and mini metros by taking fitness to the streets and spreading awareness about the importance of inculcating healthy lifestyle into daily routine.
Today, the Fittr community stands strong and will continue its extensive efforts to provide a greater digital experience to its consumers through their community-first approach & help millions of people around the world get fit.
As part of the initiative, select Fittr coaches are visiting high-footfall areas every fortnight to engage with people through simple workout challenges. They are inspiring public to push their fitness boundaries and lead a fitter and active life. Exercises can be as simple as doing 20 squats or performing 10 push-ups and the participant who completes the challenge is rewarded with exciting cash prizes and goodies. Fittr has already brought this initiative to Pune, Goa and Mumbai with Bangalore and other key cities being the next target zones.
Fittr began as a small WhatsApp group, and today has grown into one of the most engaged and informative fitness communities in the world.
