Lizzy Caplan is set to star in a television remake of the hit film Fatal Attraction!

The 39-year-old actress will portray the role of Alex, the female lead, originated by Glenn Close in the 1980s psychosexual thriller film.

The series has been given an formal order by Paramount+, Deadline reports. The film follows Alex, who becomes “obsessed with her lover after a brief affair.” The role of Dan, portrayed by Michael Douglas in the original film, is currently being cast.
