RIMS observes Vigilance Awareness Week

Imphal, November 09 2021: Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) observed Vigilance Awareness Week, 2021 at the institute on Tuesday.

A press release issued by its media advisor N Phillip Singh informed that RIMS director Prof A Santa Singh administered the Integrity Pledge to the gathering faculty members, administrative and nursing officials and staff in front of the Administrative Block.

During the observance, the director highlighted that corruption has been one of the major obstacles to the economic, political and social programmes of the country and added that collective effort is needed eradicate corruption.

RIMS MS Prof A Sanjib Singh, dean (Academics) Prof Brogen Singh Akoijam, principals of Dental College and College of Nursing, HoDs, deputy director Kaikam Doungel, chief accounts officer E Debendro Meitei and other staffers and officials also took the Integrity Pledge, the release said.
