Abu Dhabi, Nov 10 (UNI) New Zealand won the toss and asked England to bat first in the first semifinals of the T20 World Cup, here on Wednesday.
NZ captain Kane Williamson has retained the same side, while England captain Eoin Morgan has brought in Sam Billings in place of injured Jason Roy. For a change, Jonny Bairstow will open the innings with Jos Buttler.
Both teams won four out of five matches in the group stage and lost one. New Zealand will be eyeing to avenge their defeat at the hands of England in the final of the 2019 ODI World Cup.
Whereas, England will try their best to beat New Zealand to book the final berth for the title clash.
