AgenciesNEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 80.63 points down at 60352.82 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Patel Integrat(down 27.83 per cent), Innovative Ideals(down 17.61 per cent), Chaman Lal Setia(down 13.80 per cent), Raghuvansh Agrofarm(down 9.92 per cent) and SSPN Finance L(down 9.90 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.
In the Nifty pack, 25 stocks closed in the green, while 25 stocks ended in the red.
The index closed 27.05 points down at 18017.2.
On the BSE, Patel Integrat(PP), Innovative Ideals, Strides Shasun, Transglobe Foods and Tiaan Ayurvedic & He hit their fresh 52-week lows, while FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd., Shardul Sec, Blue Chip Tex, Williamson Magor and Universus Photo touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
