'Do you feel like any situation where someone is sitting there telling your husband or wife to do something is going to be sexually exciting just in the first place?,' asked Jimmy.
'I think you have been married for a long time,' Gwyneth quipped.
'Well, it's hard to argue with that,' Jimmy said as he laughed.

Jimmy started talking to Gwyneth, who wore a long sequined dress, about her platform Goop. She told him that she started Goop in 2008 as a newsletter and Jimmy joked that Goop had become a religion to some.
'I think you could start a cult if you wanted to,' he said.
'Really, that does not sound fun,' Gwyneth commented.

Jimmy then asked her more about her new Netflix show Sex, Love & Goop. He told her he watched the show this weekend and this man started waving his hands over his wife and she was going sexually crazy despite the fact that she wasn't being touched. He asked her if that was nonsense.
'Actually, no it's not,' she said. 'Energy is powerful.'
Jimmy asked her if she had tried that and she replied, 'No, but I am open to trying it with you.'

Gwyneth said the couples were selected through a casting process. She said that they were really brave and willing to be incredibly vulnerable on television to get closer to their partners.
She told him the show was really about intimacy. She said they thought it would be interesting to make this show because 'whatever is out of alignment in your life it is going to show up in how you are with your partner.'
Gwyneth said she had already gotten feedback from people who told her that watching the show had helped them with their own relationships.

Jimmy then had Gwyneth describe some of the items from Goop's Holiday Gift Guide. First was a supplement called DTF that claims to support 'women's sexual desire, arousal, and mood.' He asked her if they really worked and she said it did. She said it was for women and they take two. Jimmy then took four.
Another items included a ceramic croissant and Oishii brand strawberries, which Gwyneth said she thought retailed for $50. She ate part of one of the strawberries and then Jimmy ate the rest and said, ''I hope you don't have Covid.''
Jimmy then asked Gwyneth what if Oprah and her had the same favorite item on their list. Gwyneth said she defers to Oprah and if Oprah asked her to take something off her list that she would.
'I defer to Oprah always,' Gwyneth said.
