The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) will provide free coaching to civil services aspirants at its colleges. The first ever such course will be launched at Khalsa College in the city.
The SGPC internal committee member, Jathedar Satwinder Singh Tohra, today said it would launch two Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) affiliated schools. The SGPC will begin teaching at both Baba Ajapal Singh Khalsa Public School, Nabha, and Khalsa Public School, Dhamomajra, as per the CBSE pattern. “Initially we will provide coaching to 25 IAS and IPS aspirants on the basis of merit”, he said.
The coaching classes for civil services course will be inaugurated by SGPC president Bibi Jagir Kaur.
