July 20

Gregory P. Cote, 28, of 20 Errol St., Sanford, Maine, was arrested July 20 on an electronic bench warrant and charged with conduct after an accident, disobeying an officer, and operating after revocation/suspension. Cote was refused bail was expected to appear for arraignment on July 20.

Brandon L. Corliss, 26, of 160 Farmington Road, Rochester, was arrested July 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation/suspension. Corliss was released on personal recognizance and is expected to appear for arraignment on Aug. 17.

Brian W. Turgeon, 24, homeless, was arrested July 20 on an electronic bench warrant and charged on an electronic bench warrant. Turgeon was refused bail and was expected to appear for arraignment on July 21.

July 21

Jojo R. Morton, 44, of 557 Central Ave., No. 5, Dover, was arrested July 21 and charged with stalking. Morton was released on personal recognizance and is expected to appear for arraignment on Aug. 25.

Tracy L. Neves, 47, of 545 Lavender Lane, Virginia Beach, Va., was arrested July 21 and charged with fugitive from justice. Tracy was refused bail and was expected to appear for arraignment on July 21.

July 22

Joseph M. Vachon, 28, of 215 Marthas Way, Dover, was arrested July 22 and charged with driving after revocation/suspension. Vachon was released on personal recognizance and is expected to appear for arraignment on Sept. 28.

Matthew J. Pond, 18, of 24 Mineral Park Dr., Dover, was arrested July 22 and charged with willful concealment. Pond was released on personal recognizance and is expected to appear for arraignment on Sept. 28.

July 23

Sergio A. Santana, 53, of 12 Willow St., No. 2, Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested July 23 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Santana was released on personal recognizance and is expected to appear for arraignment on Sept. 28.

July 24

Benjamin W. Hazelton, 28, homeless, was arrested July 24 and charged with habitual offender and possession of controlled drug. Hazelton was released on personal recognizance and has a to be determined arraignment date.

Reggie A. Carter, 41, of 431 Middle St., Portsmouth, was arrested July 24 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Carter was released on personal recognizance and is expected to appear for arraignment on Aug. 17.

July 25

Update: The following charge was dismissed and annulled meaning it no longer exists in the eyes of the law. Allie M. Reyes, 20, of 149 Portland Ave., No. 122, Dover, was arrested July 25 and charged with domestic violence. Reyes was released on personal recognizance and is expected to appear for arraignment on Aug. 31.
