Vivo has launched a new V-series mid-range smartphone Vivo V23e in Vietnam. It is essentially a slightly improved version of the Vivo V21e that debuted just a few months ago. The phone is packed with a MediaTek chipset, triple rear cameras, and an impressive 50-megapixel front camera for handling video calls and taking selfies.

The Vivo V23e sports a 6.44-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with a dot-like notch. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G96 processor. It is available with a single configuration of 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of onboard storage (microSD cards support up to 1TB).

On the back panel, it has a triple rear camera setup featuring a 64-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.79 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The front camera housed within the notch is a 50-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture. There is a 4,050mAh battery to keep the lights on. It is supported by a 44W fast charging speed claimed to charge from 0% to 72% in just 30 minutes.

The phone will boot Funtouch OS 12 based on Android 11 out of the box. It features an in-display fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, and GPS. The Vivo V23e is priced at VND 8,490,000 (about $375) for the sole 8GB/128GB variant. It will be sold in Moonlight Shadow and Sunrise Melody color options.
