The Supreme Court on Monday allowed stock broker Ketan Parekh — a convict in the Canfina Mutual Fund scam case — to travel to the UK for treatment of his ailing daughter.

A Bench led by Justice DY Chandrachud noted that Parkeh had in the past also been allowed to travel abroad on six occasions. — TNS
