Haryana reports 15 Covid-19 cases, more than 1.32 lakh vaccinations

CHANDIGARH: Haryana on Tuesday reported 15 new Covid-19 cases and eight recoveries. No death was reported during the day. However number of Covid free districts has come down to eight.
While 1.32 lakh plus persons were given the vaccine jabs during the day.
Now, the cumulative Covid count of the state has gone to 771355 cases, 761189 recoveries, 10050 deaths and 83 active cases, Of the total active cases, 75 are in home isolation while rest are hospitalised,
The Covid positivity rate of the day was reported to be 0.09% while death rate and recovery rate remained stable at 1.30% and 98.68% respectively.
Highest nine positive cases were reported from Gurugram district. Two cases were reported from Kaithal while one case each was reported from Kurukshtra, rohtak, Panipat and Hisar districts respectively.
On vaccination front, of the total 132446 vaccinations, first dose was given to 35520 and second dose was given to 96926 persons. While the cumulative count of Vaccination in Haryana reached 26373965.
