Hexatronic raises SEK 550 mln in directed share issue to fund US micro duct plant and potential acquisitions

Hexatronic said it has raised SEK 550 million gross in a directed issue of 1.25 million shares at SEK 440 each. This will enable it to raise financial flexibility for more acquisitions, establish a new micro duct production plant in the US, expand output capacity in response to high demand, and for general corporate purposes to support growth opportunities.
