NEW DELHI: FMCG stocks were trading lower on Tuesday at 10:29AM

Parag Milk(up 5.50%), Zydus Wellness(up 1.27%), Nakoda Group(up 1.19%), Umang Dairies(up 1.07%), Emami(up 0.98%), Tasty Bite Eatables(up 0.77%), Vadilal Industries(up 0.75%), Dodla Dairy(up 0.61%), Bajaj Consumer(up 0.58%) and Jyothy Labs(up 0.34%) were among the top gainers.

Varun Beverages(down 4.97%), Britannia Industries(down 2.73%), Nestle India(down 1.15%), Dangee Dums(down 1.03%), Godrej Consumer Products(down 0.98%), Mrs Bectors Food Specialities(down 0.64%), JHS Svendgaard Laboratories(down 0.60%), Prataap Snacks(down 0.54%), Heritage Foods(down 0.43%) and Colgate Palmolive(India)(down 0.33%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 32.95 points down at 18035.6, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 155.33 points at 60390.28 at around 10:29AM.

Tata Motors(up 2.87%), Mahindra & Mahindra(up 1.73%), Grasim Industries(up 1.56%), Hero MotoCorp(up 1.19%), Bajaj Auto(up 1.18%), UPL Ltd(up 0.96%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(up 0.91%), Eicher Motors(up 0.83%), Larsen & Toubro(up 0.7%) and State Bank of India(up 0.67%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, Britannia Industries(down 2.82%), HDFC Bank(down 1.27%), Nestle India(down 1.1%), HDFC(down 1.02%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(down 0.85%), Indian Oil Corporation(down 0.82%), Maruti Suzuki(down 0.75%), JSW Steel(down 0.73%), Hindalco Industries(down 0.7%) and Power Grid Corporation of India(down 0.61%) were trading in the red.
