HR Tech startup Advantage Club has raised a total of $5 million in a pre Series A round from YC, Jetty Ventures, Earlsfield Capital, SMC Advisors, Cred’s CEO Kunal Shah and few others.
It’s worth noting that the Gurugram-based startup had already raised $1.7 million in August as a part of the same round.
According to the company, the latest round will be used to expand its operations in the SEA & MENA region, hire across tech, sales & marketing roles and build further features for its core product.
The Gurugram based startup which was founded in 2014 primarily solves the problem of employee engagement for corporations. The company’s website suggests that it has over 370 clients across more than 60 countries, including EY, PNB, Maruti & Times Group.
The company has also partnered with more than 10K brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato for various employee benefit schemes.
