Hello there. I am getting back into the gym and would like to know what my body fat percentage is?
Also, do you think I should cut, bulk or maintenance gain? Currently weight 67kgs at 170cm tall, 20 years old.
Lifts are : Bench press - 85kgs at my peak, currently 70kgs x8
Deadlift - 145kgs at peak, currently 115 kgs x3
Have not been squating due to leg injuries
