Imphal, November 07 2021: In three separate incidents, Sajik Tampak, Somsai and Churachandpur battalions of IGAR (S) provided immediate medical assistance to various locals in need of medical care on November 5&6 .

According to PRO IGAR (S), Sajik Tampak Battalion provided life-saving medical assistance to David Zou (20) and Hubert Zou (25), who had met with an accident while moving on a motorcycle in Chakap village in Chandel district on November 5 .

In another incident, Songaning (22), village secretary Hoponson and Youth Association secretary Choiso (18), of Tusom CV village met with a road accident and sustained severe injuries.

They were provided timely medical aid by medical team of Somsai Battalion of Assam Rifles.

On the other hand, a 6 years old girl Moinu of Hengjol village, Sangaikot sub-division in Churachandpur district suffered a 4 inchdeep cut on her right leg while playing and was brought by her parents to Assam Rifles location and the medical team immediately provided her with medical care & necessary treatment.
