'Health for All' launched in Chandel village

Kakching, November 07 2021: CM's Health for All, an initiative of door-to-door screening of primary healthcare, management of chronic diseases and Covid-19 vaccination for villages under Leingangching and Unopat Health and Wellness Centres was launched on Friday at the office of the Western Lamkang Chiefs' Association, Leingangching village, Chandel.

Leingangching chief Db Thamnok Lamkang, State Health Society (Non Communicable Disease) state nodal officer Dr Y Premchandra Singh and Chandel CMO Dr Serthani Serbum attended the event as chief guest, guest of honour and functional president respectively.

Non Communicable Disease Chandel district nodal officer Dr Gilbert Sumpi briefed the dignitaries as well as the gathering on the importance and benefit of the said programme, also attended by chiefs of surrounding villages, DHS Chandel district programme manager Jasha Premi, Chandel BPMU, Chandel Health and Wellness Centre DNO, staffers of HWC Leingangching and Unopat, ASHA workers and villagers of nearby areas.
