Kangpokpi, November 07 2021: The local church of Chullouphai village in Saitu assembly constituency, Kangpokpi district was inaugurated and dedicated on Saturday by pastor Seikholen Kipgen of Centre Church Molkon Bazar KBC number 3 .

Chullouphai Church was establishednn 2020 under the theme, "Therefore thus saith the Lord; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies: my house shall be built in it, saith the Lord of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem", based on Zecharial:16.During the inaugural function/village chief LS Kamcha Chongloi said, "I have dedicated the Church to the people while it shall be looked after by the Church leaders and authority has been handover to them".

He also dedicated himself and his family to the Lord for smooth governance and administration of the village and the church during the occasion.

Thanksgiving and presentation marked the event while various local bodies and village chiefs also attended the function.
