NCP minister Nawab Malik on Saturday fired a fresh salvo against Sameer Wankhede and reiterated his alleged warning to expose him today.

Undeterred by BJP leader Manoj Kambhoj alleging that one Sunil Patil from Dhule, who is closely associated with NCP leaders, is the mastermind of the cruise drugs case, Malik referred to the NCB zonal director as Sameer ‘Dawood’ Wankhede, saying it now remainsto be seen which special investigation team exposes the NCB officer’s “nefarious private army”. “I will reveal the truth on Sunday,” said Malik, adding that he expects to expose hawala transactions with names of recipients in connection with the case.

Malik tweeted, “I had demanded an SIT probe to investigate Sameer Dawood Wankhede for kidnapping and ransom demand from Aryan Khan. Now 2 SITs are constituted (state and centre), let us see who brings out the skeletons from the closet of Wankhede and exposes him and his nefarious private army (sic).”
