FDA/CE certified SpO2 and Blood Pressure monitor

As the title says. Looking to purchase a super accurate SpO2 metre and a blood pressure machine as well which won't be another generic Made in China garbage. I have searched on Google, of course, but too many brands seem to be accurate as per description, ChoiceMMed, Beurer etc, got even more confused. If anyone is in medical field please suggest likewise.
Would prefer if the brand sells their product directly instead of selling through Amazon or Fk.

There wont be such an oximeter available in the market. All of them will have some degree of error. There is no FDA regulation when it comes to pulse fingertip oximeters as of yet. Best will be to get something which feels good in hand quality wise. The BPL ones were pretty good when it comes to perceived quality and build.
