Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was seen playing a musical instrument with artists at a 'Govardhan Puja' event in Raipur on November 5. The Chhattisgarh CM was also getting whipped as part of a ritual on the occasion of Govardhan Puja in Durg. Govardhan Puja is a Hindu festival in which devotees worship Govardhan Hill. Devotees prepare and offer a large variety of vegetarian food to deity as a mark of gratitude.
