Their killers remain a mystery: 23 Southwest Florida unsolved homicides from 2011-2013
The Fort Myers Police Department made an arrest in August for a 10-year-old double homicide case.
On Sept. 14, 2011, Lisa Collins, 21, and Steven Rios, 35, were killed in their home at 4030 East River Drive in Fort Myers.
On Sept. 16, 2011, family members discovered their bodies.
Amy Parks, 38, of Naples, faces two murder charges stemming from the killings.
The U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force took her into cutody after FMPD cold case investigators along with the State Attorney's Cold Case Homicide Unit developed probable cause for Parks' arrest.
Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers lists 115 open homicide investigations in Lee and Collier counties.
Here are 23 cold cases from 2011 to 2013 yet to be solved:
Jesse Eugene Stokes
Date: June 16, 2011
Location: North Fort Myers
Background: Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a disturbance at 323 Monterey St. where they found Stokes, 48, dead.
Tony Churchwell
Date: July 11, 2011
Location: North Fort Myers
Background: At 8:18 a.m., a body was found at North Tamiami Trail and Brooks Road in a wooded area. Lee County Sheriff's Office responded and found Churchwell, 48.
Muhammad Ali
Date: Sept. 11, 2011
Location: Fort Myers
Background: Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to Back Bay Market, 394 Ortiz Ave., for a just occurred robbery. Deputies located Ali, 29, dead inside. Two male suspects wearing Halloween masks barged into the market with a large weapon and pointed a gun at Ali. They broke open the coin machine and stole the money.
Carmen Perez-Stolts & Ludwig Volksheimer
Date: Sept. 13, 2011
Location: Naples
Background: Perez-Stolts, 81, and her boyfriend Volksheimer, 71, were found dead in their home on Sea Grass Lane in Golden Gate. They had been shot multiple times and police said robbery does not appear to be a motive in their killings.
Broderick Ford
Date: Sept. 14, 2011
Location: Lehigh Acres
Background: Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to Anaconda Avenue South and Meadow Road for a report of a dead person. On scene, deputies located Ford, 18.
Nicholas Steven Willis
Date: Sept. 24, 2011
Location: Fort Myers
Background: Fort Myers Police Department responded to Blount Street for a report of a shooting. Willis, 26, was giving several people a ride to Jones Walker Apartments when he stopped, got out of his vehicle and was shot several times by an unknown person.
Aner Miranda & Dagoberto Ramos
Date: Nov. 12, 2011
Location: North Fort Myers
Background: Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to 705 Pondella Rd. for a report of two people on the ground behind a business. Deputies located Miranda, 26, and Ramos, 26, dead. The friends' deaths occurred between 5:30 and 6 a.m. They were driving a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse immediately before the shooting.
Thomas Arthur Goodman
Date: Dec. 23, 2011
Location: Fort Myers
Background: Fort Myers Police Department responded to the Edison Mall, 4125 Cleveland Ave., for a report of a shooting. Goodman, 25, was walking through the parking lot when witnesses said a small gray four-door vehicle, with multiple people inside, chased and shot Goodman. The shooting occurred at 9 a.m., outside the entrances of Macy's and JCPenney. Goodman suffered multiple gunshot wounds from a high-powered assault rifle. Police believe the shooter fired 50 to 60 rounds at Goodman.

Michael Deshan Johnson
Date: Jan. 2, 2012
Location: Lehigh Acres
Background: Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to a crash at Alabama Road South and 47th Street Southwest where they found Johnson, 39, fatally wounded after his vehicle struck a utility pole.
Anthony Scott
Date: Jan. 12, 2012
Location: Fort Myers
Background: Scott, 29, was sitting in the back seat of a stolen vehicle on Evans Avenue when he was shot multiple times by someone in the front seat. Investigators believe that Scott and others were on their way to commit a robbery when he was killed.
Richard Henski
Date: April 11, 2012
Location: Lehigh Acres
Background: Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to 5215 Beauty St. for a report of a dead man. Henski, 35, was found with gunshot wounds lying in his driveway.

Deshon Lanell Jenkins
Date: June 15, 2012
Location: Fort Myers
Background: Fort Myers Police Department responded to Veronica Shoemaker and Colonial boulevards for a report of a shooting. Jenkins, 23, was driving a dark Ford Taurus and was stopped at the intersection when a white Nissan Sports Utility Vehicle pulled up behind him and two men shot multiple times into Jenkins' vehicle killing him.
Cha'riah Owens & Jerrett Byrd
Date: June 19, 2012
Location: Fort Myers
Background: Owens, 16, and Byrd, 23, were sitting in a car in the parking lot of Gulfstream Isles Apartments on Red Cedar Drive when two subjects fired multiple rounds from a rifle and a handgun into the car killing both. Owens was about 4 months pregnant and her 3-year-old cousin was found sleeping in the back of the vehicle. The 3-year-old girl was not seriously injured in the shooting.
Joseph Warren Godcharles
Date: Aug. 1, 2012
Location: Naples
Background: At 9:16 a.m., Collier County Sheriff's Office responded to Key Royal Circle where they found Godcharles, 48, dead in a master bedroom. Godcharles had been stabbed. Investigators believe robbery was not a motive and the killer was likely known to him.
Robert Raybon Jr.
Date: Dec. 28, 2012
Location: Fort Myers
Background: At 5 a.m., Fort Myers Police Department responded to Bert Drive and Clara Street where they found Raybon, 35, also known as "June", with multiple gunshot wounds. He was dead at the scene.
David Lau
Date: Dec. 30, 2012
Location: Fort Myers
Background: Lau was found in his home on Lafayette Street shot to death the day before his 24th birthday.

Jiatarios Brunson & Paul Everett Baldwin
Date: April 21, 2013
Location: Fort Myers
Background: At 11:30 p.m., Fort Myers Police Department responded to reports of gunshots in the Renaissance Preserve Community on Capulet Lane. Brunson, 17, and Baldwin, 20, were found with gunshot wounds and taken to Lee Memorial Hospital where they died.
Laura Lee Howard
Date: May 5, 2013
Location: Fort Myers
Background: Howard was found in the bathtub of her home on Moreno Avenue. She had not been seen or heard from in several days and her cause of death has not been determined.
Latasha Faison
Date: July 22, 2013
Location: Fort Myers
Background: At 1 a.m., Faison, 28, was shot and killed while sitting in her green Mercury Sable at Jones Walker Apartments on Blount Street. She had left her four children with her mother to meet some friends at the apartment complex. About 45 minutes later, her family received a call that Faison had been shot. There were several witnesses outside the complex that night, but are reluctant to share what they know. It is believed that a black Nissan might be involved.
Kyle Byrtus
Date: Aug. 15, 2013
Location: Lehigh Acres
Background: Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to Leah Court and Meadow Road for a report of a body. Byrtus, 25, was identified and his death was ruled a homicide. Byrits was known to associate with residents in Pine Manor and detectives believe there are people in the community who know who is responsible for his death.

Moises Perez
Date: Aug. 28, 2013
Location: Immokalee
Background: In the early morning, Collier County Sheriff's Office received a report about a body found at Boston Avenue and South 7th Street. Perez, 27, also known as Moyses Perez, had died of sharp force injuries. Witnesses say he was jumped by two males.
Andres Lopez
Date: Sept. 22, 2013
Location: Fort Myers
Background: At 3:40 a.m., Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to a double shooting in the 4800 block of Hager Court in Harlem Heights. Lopez, 33, had been shot and was transported to the hospital where he died. A woman was also shot and taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Jaabin Robinson
Date: Nov. 1, 2013
Location: Lehigh Acres
Background: At 3:58 a.m., Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to the 4600 block of 25th Street Southwest after, Robinson, 30, called 911 stating he had been shot. Robinson died of his injuries and his death was determined to be a homicide.
