Season 2 has a few new cast members, and a plot that covers everything from migration issues to the difficulty of finding Bad Bunny at a Halloween party.
Netflix has also released a trailer that shows the first season has just as many tears and as many laughs as the first one. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming episodes.
When does Gentefied Season 2 come out?

The four leads from the first season of the show are all set to return for Season 2 – that is, Joaquin Castro as Pop, Joseph Julian Soria as Erik, Karrie Martin as Ana and Carlos Santos as Chris.
They will be joined by a whole host of new cast members for Season 2. Joining the Netflix show in recurring roles are:
- Clarissa Thibeaux (Runaways) as Bree Solano, a queer adevertising executive who works with emerging artists – and who has romantic sparks with Ana.

What will happen in Gentefied Season 2?
The official logline for the show reads: "Sometimes the best way to move forward is to stay together."
Season 2 picks up shortly after the end of the last episodes, where we saw Erik and Lidia (Annie Gonzalez) welcome their child to the world while Erik's grandfather gets arrested. Though he is free in Season 2, he is still fighting to stay in the U.S.
Pops may be fighting deportation, but that does not stop him exploring his relationship with Lupe (Alma Martinez). While Pops may be taking his love to the next level, Ana is still grieving the end of her relationship with Yessika (Julissa Calderon).
Is there a trailer for Gentefied Season 2?
The promo for the new season was released in mid-October, and gives us a peek into Pops' immigration battles.
In the trailer, we see that his fate is in the hands of a pretty tough judge, who "has his huevitos with a side of Fox News." Meanwhile, Pops and Lupe nearly kiss, while Ana finds Yessika back in her life after they both join the fight to keeps Pops in the country.
