Gurugram: Two snatchers target mall guard, arrested

GURUGRAM: Two bike-borne snatchers were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly targeting a security guard near Ambience Mall.
On October 31, Vinay Singh, a resident of Kapashera who works as a security guard at Ambience Mall, was tageted by the duo while he was returning home at around 9.30 am after finishing his night shift. He was waiting at Shankar Chowk T-point for an autorickshaw when the duo came on a two-wheeler and snatched his mobile phone and fled towards New Delhi.
Acting on his complaint, a case was registered at Udyog Vihar police station.
Sub-inspector Gunpal, in-charge of crime unit sector 40, arrested the two in connection with the case.
The accused were identified as Prem Sagar alias Yuvi from Bihar and Vikram Singh alias Vicky from Kapashera in New Delhi. The accused were produced in court and taken into one-day police remand.
