Foot pain while walking/running on tread

Hello guys been quite some time since I have been here probably over 11 years. Hoping to get some sort of insight on an issue I have had for quite some time. Any time I am running/walking on my tread I get this severe pain on my left foot behind my pinky toe Id say right towards the middle side. My buddy said I was probably putting to much weight on that side and to try and focus the pressure on my big toe side but I just tried it again and the pain is still there. It almost feels like my shoe is to tight or something but I left them extremely lose and no difference. I have told my pcp multiple times throughout the years and they have been completely clueless on what to do or who I should see for this. I am just looking for some kind of guidance from the community at this point. I have tried all kinds of different kinds of shoes and nothing ever seems to help. Thanks in advance! (I just attached a photo pointing where the pain is if it helps)

You may want to visit a chiropractor. They often look at entire skeletal alignment, including foot stance, shape and weight distribution. Properly shaped orthotics in your shoes can do wonders in offering proper support and pain relief. It has helped me quite a bit with just everyday activities.

Obvious Q, but do you get the same pain when walking/running off the treadmill? Personally it sounds like you need extra wide shoes, which NB also makes.

    I'd see a podiatrist before a chiropractor.
