Thread: Lipo-6 HardCore towards the end of the 14 hour fast

I am practising IF. I have my last meal at around 5pm and have breakfast at around 7 am. I have started taking Lipo 6 HardCore pills. I am only taking one capsule a day at the moment because I am not sure my body has adapted to high stimulant levels. I take the pill at around 6 am and I get intense jitters a few minutes after I have taken it. Is it advisable to take Lipo-6 HardCore on an empty stomach in a fasting window?
