Britney Spears was spotted on Monday out and about for the first time since a judge removed her father from her conservatorship almost two weeks ago.
Spears, 39, went for a drive in her white Mercedes-AMG SL 63 near her Los Angeles home.
She appeared to be alone in the $150,000 car, but bodyguards followed behind in a separate vehicle.
The Louisiana-born singer is known for her love of driving and has spoken often about the sense of freedom she feels behind the wheel.
In a 2008 documentary, made shortly after she was placed under a conservatorship, she revealed she was no longer allowed to drive alone.
A producer asked her, 'When did you last feel free?' to which she responded: 'When I got to drive my car a lot.'
She added: 'I love driving my car.
'There's something about being able to drive your car that allows freedom. I haven't been able to drive my car.'

Britney Spears was pictured on Monday for the first time since a September 29 judge's ruling that removed her father Jamie from having control over her estate. The ruling was a huge victory for Spears and her legal team

The singer has frequently spoken of her love of driving and the sense of freedom she feels behind the wheel
On June 23, Spears told the judge presiding over her conservatorship that she wanted to be able to go for a drive with her boyfriend, Sam Asghari, behind the wheel.
A month later, she posted a photo to Instagram and commented: 'It's been a while since I drove alone and well let's just say it's a DIFFERENT BALLGAME.'

Spears' father was placed in charge of her estate under the terms of a controversial conservatorship, which saw every aspect of her life controlled by others - from forcing her to have an IUD implanted, to preventing her spending her own money, and stopping her driving.
On September 29 Judge Brenda Penny removed her father from the arrangement - something which Spears had lobbied for for several years.
Spears' lawyer Mathew Rosengart is now working to have the conservatorship ended entirely before her 40th birthday in December.
Spears and Asghari, 27, an Iranian-born actor and personal trainer, announced their engagement on September 12, with Asghari presenting her with a spectacular ring.
He chose a four-carat round brilliant stone in a platinum cathedral setting, with the diamond in an arch above the metal. The ring has his nickname for Spears, 'Lioness,' engraved inside the band.
The two then took off to Palm Springs for a getaway to celebrate their engagement.
Asghari first met Spears when she hired him as her love interest in her 'Slumber Party' music video in October 2016.

The Louisiana-born singer has been posting photos to Instagram, but fans have been waiting for an actual sighting of her

Spears has, since the September 29 ruling, posted a series of Instagram photos, many of them showing her dancing or trying out different outfits. But she has not been seen in public until now
He will be the singer's third husband.
She was married to her backing dancer Kevin Federline — the father of her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, both 15 — from 2004 to 2007.
She also had a brief marriage to her friend Jason Alexander, with the pair tying the knot in Las Vegas in 2004 and being married for just 55 hours before the wedding was annulled.
Spears was previously engaged to her former agent Jason Trawick in 2011, but the pair called it quits by 2013.
On Friday Asghari surprised Spears with a Doberman puppy, who they named Porsha.
He suggested that the dog would be used as '#homesecurity.'
This poor woman just let her be.
