Thoubal, November 02 2021: Khangabok Assembly Constituency MLA Surjakumar Okram on Monday inaugurated the newly constructed building of "Uyal Youth Information Club & Library" in Uyal Awang Leikai.

Speaking on the occasion, Surjakumar Okram highlighted the importance of local clubs and stated that the new club & library building was constructed with the hope to bring the youths towards a better path.

The MLA also urged the club to work sincerely for the development of the village and assured to provide all necessary assistance from his side.
