New Delhi, Nov 3 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will chair a review meeting on Wednesday with officials of those districts lagging behind in Covid vaccination coverage. It will be a virtual meeting.

Modi will discuss ways to ramp up vaccination coverage. India crossed the 100-crore vaccination mark on October 21, but there are 40 districts which have covered less than 50 per cent eligible population even with the first dose.

Districts Magistrates and Chief Ministers of these states including Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Jharkhand and Manipur will be present at the meeting.

India had started the world's biggest vaccination drive on January 16 this year.
