Russia's An-12 plane could crash due to technical failure, weather: Emergencies

Moscow, Nov 3 (UNI/Sputnik) Russia's An-12 plane could crash near Irkutsk due to a technical failure or poor weather conditions, a spokesman for emergency services told Sputnik on Wednesday.
"Two key possible reasons of the An-12 crash in the Irkutsk region are under consideration: plane failure or poor weather," the spokesman said.
