In an exclusive teaser clip of the ITVBe episode, the reality star, 31, admits she is broody after seeing her baby nephew.
Billie tells Greg, 35, they need to decide if they want baby number three or not as she doesn't want a huge age gap between her children; Nelly, seven, and Arthur, four.

She says: 'He's just so perfect and beautiful, I absolutely love a newborn. This stage is just so lovely.'
And when Greg jokes she is broody, Billie replies: 'I know, but this stage is just so nice to have a lovely little newborn here with us.'
When asked if they want any more babies, the television personality reflects: 'Do you know what? It's crunch time. We do need to make a decision because the kids are getting older, I personally don't want a huge gap between all of the kids.

Billie adds: 'We have talked about having baby number three, we're out of that stage but then I think if I didn't have another one, I might regret it.'
The frank conversation comes after the couple marked daughter Nelly's seventh birthday celebrations on the show.
The youngster screamed at the top of her voice before Billie admitted in a piece to camera that she 'really loved' the morning.
She said: 'I do really love the birthday mornings at ours. I feel like the kids are always so excited. It's so lovely to see all their little faces.'
The clip then showed the surprise gift of Nelly going to get her ears pierced, which she was very happy about.
Nelly looked adorable as she put her hand to her mouth in excitement after finishing reading the letter explaining her gift.
Billie's husband Greg Shepherd could be heard in the background saying: 'Ears pierced time! Big girl!'
The Family Diaries airs on Wednesday on ITVBe at 9pm.
