And Dean McDermott was spotted without his wedding ring while running errands in the Calabasas area of Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon.
The 54-year-old actor dressed casually in a black T-shirt and sweat pants to pick up a few things around town after it was reported that Tori feels 'trapped' these days in her marriage and 'wants a divorce' following a recent fight.

Dean hid his shaggy salt-and-pepper hair underneath a white baseball hat and wore a pair of sunglasses while carrying an iPhone and paperwork in his hands.
The couple — who celebrated their 15-year wedding anniversary in May — has 'hit a another bump' and Tori's not so sure this one's worth riding out.

Tori reminded Dean that their prenuptial agreement signed before they were married would protect her assets in the event of a divorce.
The source added that Spelling 'went ballistic' and 'is pissed at her attorney' upon learning that McDermott could still sue her for child support if they split.
Tori and Dean reportedly 'constantly fight,' but this particular argument was 'really serious' and Spelling is 'miserable' with her husband.
She has tried counseling and has 'sucked it up' for the sake of her kids who seemingly 'have no idea what's going on,' but it's all becoming too much for the podcast host.
In addition to their marital woes, money has been a huge source of stress for the couple as an insider revealed 'money is an issue and it's always been an issue.'

During a recent appearance on the Wendy Williams show, guest host Whitney Cummings asked, 'What is going on with that guy, Dean? Nothing? Nothing?'
Tori replied, 'What? You know I'm not going to answer that.'
She revealed a red flag on Jeff Lewis' podcast earlier this year when she admitted that she sleeps in a different bedroom than her husband.
'Right now, my kids and dogs sleep in my bed,' Spelling said in June, adding that her spouse was sleeping 'in a room' at their house after returning home from filming a project.
'Since he left — this is not good, you guys — but since he left [and] he was gone for six months filming in another country, they all stayed with me,' she continued. 'So I currently still have four in the bedroom with me who have yet to go back to their rooms, yes.'
