Lady Gaga looks sensational as she poses NAKED for Vogue and admits she had 'psychological difficulty' while filming House of Gucci

She's set to star in the film adaptation of fashion's most infamous murder story - House of Gucci. 

And Lady Gaga looked sensational as she posed naked for the December issue of British Vogue in a stunning black and white snap released on Tuesday. 

The singer-turned-actress, 35, wowed as she lay elegantly on her side with her curves on full display and shared the 'psychological difficulty' she experienced while filming her latest project.

Lady Gaga looked gorgeous as she showcased her enviable figure in the black and white nude photograph. 

The pop star had her tresses styled in a large glamorous blow dry as she gazed into the camera with a pensive gaze. 

In the interview, the star admitted that she purposely avoided talking to Patrizia Gucci before playing her in the House Of Gucci biopic featuring the Italian socialite.

The singer-come-actress, 35, explicitly stated that 'nobody' was going to tell her how to play the role of Patricia - not even the convicted criminal herself.

Patrizia - also known as the Black Widow - was found guilty and sentenced to 29 years for hiring the hitman that murdered her ex-husband, Maurizio Gucci.

The December issue of British Vogue is available via digital download and on newsstands from Friday 5th November
