The ruling JD(U) and main opposition RJD are leading in one assembly seat each in Bihar, early trends showed on Tuesday. Rajeev Kumar Singh of JD(U) was leading by a margin of 224 votes over his RJD rival Arun Kumar in Tarapur, according to the Election Commission website. RJD's Ganesh Bharti was ahead of JD(U)'s Aman Bhushan Hajari by 365 votes.

YSRCP takes early lead in Badvel after fifth rounds of counting YSRCP 11,783, BJP 1,797, Congress 575, NOTA 354, Lead 9,986.

In Badvel seat, YSR Congress is leading with 23,754 votes.

Sindgi: BJP candidate leads with 4,031 votes

West Bengal minister and veteran Tmc leader Sovandeb Chatterjee was also reported to be leading in Khardah assembly, while the party has also taken the lead in the Santipur assembly

In Dinhata, TMC’s heavyweight north Bengal leader Udayan Guha ahead of 14666 vote after second round. He is fighting to reclaim the seat which BJP had snatched from him by a whisker in polls held last April.
