Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Skipper has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 9th November 2021, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2021. Further, in continuation of letter dated 22nd September 2021 regarding closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities will continue to remain closed till 11 November 2021 (until expiry of 48 hours after the un-published price sensitive information are submitted to the Stock Exchanges) in terms of the Company's ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’.
