I' m starting to feel like i have little to no libido or drive for that matter. Never experienced this before and am wondering what can i do to improve this while on a diet or if this is just normal and to deal with it.
Daily intake macros are
37g Fat 150g Carbs 180g Protein.
6'1 218lb
goal is to diet until 180-185.
