    Dieting and low libido

    I' m starting to feel like i have little to no libido or drive for that matter. Never experienced this before and am wondering what can i do to improve this while on a diet or if this is just normal and to deal with it.
    Daily intake macros are
    37g Fat 150g Carbs 180g Protein.
    6'1 218lb
    goal is to diet until 180-185.

    If you're actually eating that low its not surprising given such a low calorie (and fat) intake.

    What's your current rate of weight loss and how long have you been dieting?
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    37g fat is your problem. You are not making enough testosterone. Also check how much zinc and b6 are in your diet.

    Ok, and 1600 cal is rough too.
