The Social Innovation Immersion Program, a component of BIRAC SPARSH Program aims at finding innovative solutions to society's most pressing social problems through biotechnological Interventions. The Program creates a pool of Social Innovators who identify the needs and gaps and help bridge gaps either through innovative product development or services.

The fellows will be stationed at the SPARSH Centre i.e KIIT-TBI, Bhubaneswar and will be provided support and handholding for the entire 18 months.

Follow-on Funding Opportunities on completion

Eligibility:
Indian Citizenship
Under-graduate (B.Tech,BE,MBBS) or postgraduate (M.Sc, MS, M.Tech, MPhil, MD) & PhD below 35 years from fields of Life Sciences, Agriculture, Engineering, Medicine & Human Biology

Program Timeline:
Fellowship duration is 18 months and cannot be extended further

Theme of Present Call
KIIT-TBI will be accepting proposals related to Waste-to-Value for the ongoing Call.
