Imphal, November 01 2021: Parle Agro owned 'Bailley' packaged drinking water was officially launched in the State today at a programme held at Hotel Classic Grande in Chingmeirong.

Manipur based company Reliable Hydrotech will package the drinking water in the State.

Speaking at the launch programme, Khagemba Sanabam, proprietor of Reliable Hydrotech, said they had been planning to launch Bailley in the State but the pandemic and some hindrances in the working model had hampered the launch.

He added that the second unit of 'Bailley' will also be opened in another part of North East very soon.

Khagembam Sanabam added that he has introduced a new approach towards promoting the said packaged drinking water and if it is successful, Bailley will be a game changer in the North East.

Dr Dhabali Thangjam, Managing Director, Babina Group of Companies, said Bailley, which is owned by Parle Agro, is already a well established brand in India and promoting it in the State will be smooth.

The programme was also attended by Sumanta Roy, marketing head, Parle Agro East India Region; Geetaranjan Sharma, proprietor, Lismart Industries and Dr Ibomcha Thokchom, co-founder Advance Hospital.
